Buy this product to book a sleepover at Reenis for your family and\/or friends.<\/p>\n<p>Teams, clubs, school groups and similar groups can enquire about overnight stays for larger groups. Weekday overnight stays are also possible.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"highlight-red\"><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u201315 people: 299 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>16-20 people: 329 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>21-25 people: 345 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>26-30 people: 399 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>more than 30 people: request a quote. You can book immediately for 30 people and pay for additional participants on arrival by agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foam dart blasters (X-Shot). 79 \u20ac \/ blasters for 10 people; everyone attending the session may use them. Please always enquire separately about these exceptions! <a href=\"https:\/\/reenis.fi\/en\/courses-and-camps\/camps\/\">During summer camps,<\/a> weekday departure is by 8.30!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Arrival times on normal days<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrive at Reenis before closing time or after the end of a private session. Monday-Friday arrival is at 20.30-20.45, and on Saturdays and Sundays at 20. On normal weekdays, the sleepover group may enter the activity areas after the ages 15+ session, from 21.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Departure times on normal days<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leave the hall in the morning at the agreed time. Always agree this separately with Reenis staff. Departure must take place Monday-Sunday mornings <strong>no later than<\/strong> 9.00. We charge 2 \u20ac \/ minute for time exceeding this. We explain how to use the doors when the group arrives in the evening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"highlight-blue-light\"><strong>Sleeping, meals and available facilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Participants can decide where to sleep and set up their own sleeping places! For example, you can sleep on the hall floor using the available landing mats.<\/p>\n<p>You can, and are encouraged to, bring your own food. You can also order food for delivery. There is a Sale supermarket next to Reenis where participants may buy food until the last staff member leaves. Meals are only permitted in Reenis&#8217;s larger birthday room, number 1.<\/p>\n<p>Oulun Kiipeilykeskus&#8217;s bouldering hall is in the same building as Reenis. We share changing facilities, where you can shower if needed. The climbing areas are not included in the sleepover. Please only use the area between Reenis&#8217;s activity facilities, birthday room 1 and the changing facilities. Use of other areas and rooms is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"highlight-red\"><strong>Sleepover checklist<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Remember to email the names of everyone attending to info@reenis.fi before the sleepover begins<\/li>\n<li>Sleeping equipment: sleeping bag, pillow and sheets. A towel if you wish to shower.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend an eye mask because of light coming through the windows and a few ceiling lights that remain on throughout the night<\/li>\n<li>Light sleepers may prefer earplugs because of the ventilation noise<\/li>\n<li>Toiletries, toothbrush, your own medication, etc.<\/li>\n<li>A positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Food and snacks<\/li>\n<li>Your own water bottle<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed at Reenis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"highlight-red\"><strong>Hygiene<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Only attend the sleepover if you are completely well. Contact us if you have any concerns about taking part, and always consult a healthcare professional in cases of illness.<\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands on arrival and before and after meals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"highlight-blue-light\"><strong>Sleepover supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Arrange enough responsible adult supervisors to supervise the participants and ensure the general rules are followed throughout their time at Reenis. A supervisor must be at least 18 years old and be a <strong>responsible, authoritative<\/strong> adult<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"highlight-red\"><strong>Registration\/booking<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Book the sleepover by purchasing this product<\/li>\n<li>When booking for a group, enter the contact details of the responsible adult supervisor in the order comments if they are different from the purchaser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"highlight-red\"><strong>Booking terms and rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Everyone taking part in the sleepover agrees to follow these terms and rules<\/li>\n<li>The participation fee must be paid before the sleepover begins<\/li>\n<li>The sleepover can be paid for using an exercise benefit at the minimum available group size, provided that the benefit holder also attends the session<\/li>\n<li>Reenis must know the names of everyone staying overnight. You may also send the names after registration once the list is final<\/li>\n<li>The adult supervisor is responsible for the children following the rules and for ensuring that participants only use the facilities specifically allocated to them. Any costs arising from breaches of the rules or misuse of activities, and any charges for breach of the agreement, will be charged in the first instance to the person who made the booking<\/li>\n<li>Do not let anyone outside your group into Reenis<\/li>\n<li>The participation fee does not include insurance. Activities are undertaken at your own risk, and everyone takes part in the sleepover voluntarily.<\/li>\n<li>Select the number of participants when paying. Adult supervisors also count as participants.<\/li>\n<li>Meals are only permitted in the larger birthday room allocated to the sleepover group<\/li>\n<li>All normal Reenis rules apply during the sleepover<\/li>\n<li>Staff will explain other important information to the group on arrival. Reenis&#8217;s first aid equipment is available.<\/li>\n<li>If you are unsure how a piece of equipment or an activity works, do not use it<\/li>\n<li>In cases of illness, a sleepover booking may be moved once free of charge. Alternatively, the booking fee can be converted into ticket products if the sleepover cannot be rearranged or moved.<\/li>\n<li>Reenis has recording CCTV<\/li>\n<li>The person who books the sleepover is liable for damage caused to equipment, structures and\/or furnishings through misuse<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorised use of the area behind reception, staff facilities, birthday room 2 and other facilities not included in the sleepover is prohibited. Additional use of facilities is charged at the hourly rate in the price list. The climbing centre charges its standard single-visit admission for each participant who enters Oulun Kiipeilykeskus without permission; Reenis will invoice the person who made the booking for these charges<\/li>\n<li>Do not touch caf\u00e9 products during the night. Theft is reported to the police<\/li>\n<li>No alcohol or intoxicating substances<\/li>\n<li>If the booking has to be changed because of coronavirus restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact the person who made the booking!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We reserve the right to make changes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"highlight-red\">Key rules for the activity areas<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Only 1 person on a trampoline at a time<\/li>\n<li>Before jumping into the foam pit, check that nobody is beneath you and that nobody is jumping in at the same time from beside you or from the opposite side. Climb out of the pit after jumping<\/li>\n<li>Walk in the corridors. You may play tag on the lower level provided it does not disturb other participants<\/li>\n<li>No food or ball games in the activity areas!
