Private booking

Product details and booking terms

Book a private session for your club’s end-of-season celebration, a birthday party or simply to enjoy activities together! If your preferred date is fully booked, you can also check sleepover availability here, or call us to enquire about available times.

At least one responsible adult must supervise the session.

Prices and optional extras

Prices range from 279 – 469 €, depending on the selected group size and time. Groups of more than 40 are possible; contact reception for a quote! You can add the following services to a private booking for an additional charge:

1–15 people: 279 €

16-20 people: 319 €

21-25 people: 363 €

26-30 people: 413 €

31-35 people: 435 €

36-40 people: 469 €

• Party food. Paid on arrival according to the actual number attending. 8 € / person
• Tableware. 13 €
• Foam dart blasters (X-Shot): 77 € / blasters for 10 people; everyone attending the session may use them. Safety goggles are included.
• Hobby horses and obstacles. 77 € / hobby horses for 10 people; everyone attending the session may use them

Food and drinks

• You can buy food for your private session from us or bring your own.
• Reenis party treats (8 € / person) include crisps, sweets, biscuits, soft drinks and tableware. You are welcome to bring your own food in addition to the party treats.
• If you bring your own food, we can also hire tableware to you if needed (13 €)

Instruction

• Instructed activity session (45 min): 105 €
  • Ask about availability Monday-Saturday. Instruction is paid for on arrival
  • The basic package includes games, playful activities, competitions and tricks
  • You can also enquire about instruction in a particular activity such as trampoline, parkour or gymnastics!
  • Recommended for ages 7 and above. Recommended group size with one instructor: approximately 4-8 people

Schedule and practical arrangements

• The doors open at the start of your booking. Leave the activity areas 5 minutes before the end of your booking
• Your group will receive an introduction to the main rules and practical arrangements on arrival.
• Everyone washes or sanitises their hands immediately after arriving and hearing the instructions. Wash hands before and after eating as well.
• Private bookings include use of the café tables, where you may bring your own food.
• Return equipment to its proper place at the end of the session.

Important information

• If children attend a private booking, an adult is always responsible for them and supervises them throughout the booking
• Children turning 10 during the current calendar year or older may use the activity hall without an adult supervisor immediately beside them
• Every guest must have completed the safety form if they have not done so previously. The form can be completed on arrival or online using this link.
• Always bring socks. A water bottle is recommended! Where possible, leave jewellery, wristwatches and piercings at home.

Available areas and equipment

• A private session includes all activity areas and activities in the main Reenis hall, as well as the café tables. You can host a Nerf or hobby horse party, for example, and hire the equipment from us. You may also bring your own trampoline scooters, hobby horses or Nerf blasters. Ask reception for more information if needed.
• A birthday room can be booked for an additional charge. You may be able to stay in the birthday room after your activity session ends, subject to availability.

Hygiene and health

• Please only attend if you are well
• Wash hands on arrival and before and after eating
• Only attend activities if you are completely well. Contact us if you have any concerns about taking part, and always consult a healthcare professional in cases of illness.

Booking

1. Book a session by purchasing an available time slot. After selecting the correct time, the order goes into your basket, where you can pay for the booking
2. Call or message us if you would like to pay for the session in cash or using another payment method
3. Enter your group size and any other relevant information in the comments

Private session booking terms and rules

1. Each participant agrees to follow these terms and rules
2. The session’s adult supervisor is responsible for the children
3. Do not let anyone outside your group into Reenis
4. Every participant must have completed the safety form https://reenis.fi/kayttoehdot/
5. The participation fee does not include insurance. Activities are undertaken at your own risk, and everyone attends the private session voluntarily.
6. Meals are only permitted at the café tables or in a separately allocated room. Reenis charges a cleaning fee of at least 40€ if food remains are found in the activity facilities after a private event.
7. All normal Reenis rules apply during the session
8. Before leaving, participants must return equipment to where it was originally located
9. A private session booking may be moved once free of charge. Alternatively, the booking fee can be converted into ticket products if the session cannot take place or moving it is not possible. A new booking must be made within 12 months of the original cancellation.
10. The person making the private booking is liable for damage caused to equipment, structures and/or furnishings through misuse. The damage excess for a hired foam dart blaster is 25 euros.
11. No alcohol or intoxicating substances
12. If the booking has to be changed because of coronavirus restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact the person who made the booking!
