Collecting an online order
Pick up your order at reception
1. Choose collection
Place your order in the RS Parks online shop and choose collection from Reenis as the delivery method.
2. Wait for confirmation
Only collect your order once you have received its dispatch confirmation. If you are unsure whether it is ready for collection, check with RS Parks.
3. Come to Reenis reception
Have your order confirmation or order number ready. The collection point is at Reenis reception, Alvar Aallon katu 1, in Toppila, Oulu.

Good to know before your visit
Is the whole online shop selection available at Reenis?
There is a small shop beside Reenis reception. Not every online shop product is necessarily on display or available to take home immediately. Check the availability of a specific product with RS Parks before visiting.
Can I collect my order immediately after placing it?
Wait for the dispatch confirmation first. An order confirmation alone does not mean the order is ready for collection. If in doubt, check readiness for collection with RS Parks.
