Once the booking arrangements are clear, you can focus on celebrating. This page gives the shared booking instructions and differences for party rooms, skills space / Nerf parties, private bookings and sleepovers.

1. Booking and payment
On the booking page, choose your party type, date, available time, required space or group size and extras. Check your selections and the price before paying. Complete the booking at the online shop checkout and check the confirmation emailed to you. An enquiry or using the birthday calculator alone does not reserve a time.
The booking page states what you pay online and which services are paid for on arrival. Party room admission tickets are paid separately on site. Availability of instruction is confirmed separately. Report any error in the confirmation as soon as possible.
2. If you want to move or cancel your booking
Send any request for changes as soon as possible to info@reenis.fi. Include the booker’s name, order number, booked date and requested change. You can also call 08 613 9199. Agree a new time with Reenis; availability is checked separately.
Leisure services booked for a specific time do not have the statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases. Customer cancellations are subject to the transfer and credit options below. This does not limit your rights if Reenis cancels the service or the service is defective.
Party room
The room booking can be moved once free of charge. Alternatively, an amount equal to the booking fee can be converted into ticket products or used towards another booking. The transfer and ticket products must be activated within 12 months of the original booked date.
Skills space / Nerf and hobby horse parties
The booking can be moved once free of charge. If the party cannot be held or moved, an amount equal to the booking fee can be converted into ticket products. The new booking must be used within 12 months.
Private booking
The booking can be moved once free of charge. If the session cannot be held or moved, an amount equal to the booking fee can be converted into ticket products. The new booking must be made within 12 months of the previous booking being cancelled.
Sleepover
A sleepover booking can be moved once free of charge in the event of illness. If the sleepover cannot be rearranged or moved, an amount equal to the booking fee can be converted into ticket products. Agree any changes with Reenis.
3. If Reenis cancels the booking
We contact the booker if we cannot provide the agreed service. If Reenis cancels the booking or changes its time, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid for the cancelled service. You may choose to agree a new time or other compensation, but you do not have to accept ticket products instead of a monetary refund. Force majeure does not remove your right to a refund for a service you did not receive.
4. Number of participants and extras
For party rooms during an open session, admission is charged for everyone taking part in activities, including the birthday child. An adult who is only supervising enters free of charge. For private bookings and sleepovers, the group size includes everyone present, including supervisors.
Private bookings can be made online for 1–50 people and sleepovers for 1–30 people. The first price band for both is 1–15 people. Larger groups are agreed separately. Select the skills space equipment package according to the number of active participants. Notify us of changes in group size so that we can check the suitability of the space, equipment and pricing.
If you have ordered Reenis refreshments for the party room, send the estimated number of participants no later than 24 hours before the booking starts to info@reenis.fi. Confirm arrangements for special diets in advance. Bring your own refreshments to the skills space and sleepovers; for the skills space, bring your own tableware too.
5. The party day and supervising children
Follow the times stated in the confirmation and use only the spaces included in your booking. The party room booking time and activity time during an open session are separate. Exact arrival and departure times for sleepovers are confirmed separately by email.
A children’s group must have at least one responsible adult present throughout the visit and enough supervisors for the children’s ages and numbers. For children younger than those turning 10 this calendar year, an adult must be with them in the activity area. Sleepover supervisors must be at least 18. Separately booked activity instruction does not replace supervision throughout the visit.
Bring socks, suitable exercise clothes and a water bottle. Follow staff instructions: one person at a time on a trampoline, and check the landing area before jumping. Wear safety glasses in the Nerf play area. Eat in the dining area assigned to your booking.
The participation fee does not include accident insurance. Check your own insurance cover. This does not limit Reenis’s statutory responsibility for service safety or defects.
