Product details and booking terms

Reenis’s activity room and yoga studio are next to Reenis GYM. They are hired as separate options. The activity room and yoga studio cannot be hired simultaneously by different groups. The room is always booked one hour at a time. Please note that the party area is not automatically included in the price!

Activity room

The activity room is a versatile space designed for groups of up to approximately 20 people. It has a soft gymnastics floor mat, an AirTrack, mats, mobility training equipment and various gymnastics modules.

Use the activity room for your club or group’s training, end-of-season celebrations or simply to enjoy activities together! Please note that the party area is not automatically included in the price!

Yoga studio

Our yoga studio measures approximately 5 * 9 metres and can be booked for your own sessions. Aerial yoga hammocks can be attached to the ceiling. Hammocks are hired for an additional charge, with 10 attachment points available. Yoga blocks, mats, straps and bolsters are included in the room hire.

Available times

• Sessions are booked hourly or by agreement. Exceptions are possible at certain times. Always ask reception about alternative times.
• Reenis or Reenis GYM monthly members may use the yoga studio and/or activity room outside booked times. Day ticket holders may train there when the room is free.

Prices and optional extras

Prices vary depending on the time and number of sessions.

• Single-hour bookings: 69 €
• Single hour + party area: 89 €
• Single-hour aerial yoga booking: 79 €, without instruction. Please note that a trained aerial yoga instructor must be present when the hammocks are used.
• Regular sessions are priced separately for contract customers

Food and drinks

• You may bring your own food and tableware to a private session. The room has NO tableware, catering service, fridge, kettle, coffee maker or microwave. Please note that the party area is not automatically included in the price!

Schedule and practical arrangements

• You may enter at the start of your session. Leave by the end of your booking.
• Your group will receive an introduction to the main rules and practical arrangements on arrival.
• Everyone washes or sanitises their hands immediately after arriving and hearing the instructions. Wash hands before and after eating as well.
• Bookings that include the party area have use of the tables on the upper mezzanine, where you may bring your own food.
• Return equipment to its proper place and tidy up at the end of the session.

Important information

• Every session must have one adult supervisor. If children under 18 attend the booking, an adult is always responsible for them and supervises them throughout the booking.
• Always bring socks. A water bottle is recommended! Where possible, leave jewellery, wristwatches and piercings at home.
• Regular booking terms are agreed separately with the service provider.

Hygiene

• Wash hands on arrival and before and after eating.
• Only attend activities if you are completely well. Contact us if you have any concerns about taking part, and always consult a healthcare professional in cases of illness.

One-off sessions

1. Book a session by purchasing an available time slot. After selecting the correct time, the order goes into your basket, where you can pay for the booking.
2. Call or message us if you would like to pay for the session in cash or using another payment method.
3. Enter your group size and any other relevant information in the comments.

Private session booking terms and rules

1. Each participant agrees to follow these terms and rules.
2. Reenis must know the names of everyone attending. Email the list of names to info@reenis.fi before the session begins.
3. The session’s adult supervisor is responsible for minors and/or their clients.
4. Do not let anyone outside your group into the room during the session. You may enter at the start of your session and must leave by its end.
5. The booking fee does not include insurance. Activities are undertaken at your own risk, and everyone takes part voluntarily.
6. Meals are only permitted at the tables on the upper mezzanine or in a separately allocated room. Reenis charges a 40€ cleaning fee if food remains are found in the activity facilities after the booking.
7. Before leaving, participants must return equipment to where it was originally located.
8. A booking may be moved once free of charge. Alternatively, the booking fee can be converted into ticket products if the booking cannot take place or moving it is not possible.
9. The person making the booking is liable for damage caused to equipment, structures and/or furnishings through misuse.
10. No alcohol or intoxicating substances.
11. If the booking has to be changed because of coronavirus restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact the person who made the booking!
