Celebration Format and Participants
How do the four party options differ from one another?
Birthday Room: You’ll join other guests for the general session and enjoy refreshments in your own room. Skills space / Nerf: A separate activity room and party room for your own group for 90 minutes. Private Reservation: Reenis’s main hall and café tables reserved for your group during your reserved time slot. Sleepover: A night with your own group, with meals in party room 1. Compare party options and open the booking calendar.
What age group is this party suitable for, and is a supervisor required?
Birthday parties suit all ages. A children’s birthday group must have at least one responsible adult present throughout the visit. Children turning 10 this calendar year and older may move without a supervisor immediately present; younger children must be accompanied by an adult. There must be enough supervisors for the children’s number and ages. Sleepover supervisors must be at least 18. The recommended age for Nerf games is 7 and for instruction approximately 7 and over.
Does the supervising adult pay, and is the birthday child included in the count?
The birthday child is counted as an active participant. During regular birthday sessions, the supervising adult does not pay an admission fee. For private bookings and sleepovers, everyone present—including supervisors—is counted toward the group size for pricing purposes. In the counter, list active participants and other attendees separately. The same person is not counted twice.
How many people can the party accommodate?
Room 1 is recommended for about 12–16 people, and Room 2 for about 8–10 people. Be sure to include supervisors in the headcount; it’s best to arrange for additional seating in advance. The activity room’s equipment packages are priced for a maximum of 15 participants. For private bookings of groups larger than 50 people and overnight stays for groups larger than 30 people, please contact us. The first price tier for private bookings and overnight stays is for 1–15 people.
Can we come without reserving a birthday party room?
You can come to an open session simply to enjoy the activities. Let us know your group is coming in advance by phone or email, and check opening hours. Café tables cannot be reserved for your own birthday refreshments during an open session. The calculator for visits without a room uses standard admission prices; confirm any group rate with Reenis.
Price, Reservations, and Changes
What does the price include?
For a party room, you pay the room hire, admission for active participants and your chosen extras. For the skills space, the base price includes the space and party room; equipment packages and any main hall admission cost extra. Private booking and sleepover prices depend on the whole group and extras. Calculate your birthday party budget. This estimate does not reserve a time slot, and the selections made in the calculator will not be carried over to your booking.
How much do the birthday party room and admission cost?
Room 1 costs €53 per hour and Room 2 costs €43 per hour. For now, the room discount is €20 on weekdays and €10 on Sundays. For groups of at least six active participants, admission is €14 per person on regular school days and €16 on weekends and during school breaks. For groups of up to five people, the corresponding prices are €16 and €19. Check the current price on the booking page. Birthday party room prices and booking terms.
What is paid online and what is paid on-site?
The reservation fee for the birthday room and the selected tableware are paid when making the online reservation. Admission fees, catering, and any additional charges marked as payable upon arrival on the form will be charged at the cash register. For other types of parties, payment details can be found on their respective booking pages. The sleepover participation fee must be paid before the sleepover begins. Complete your reservation through the shopping cart and checkout.
How do I make a reservation, and what if I can’t find a suitable time?
Select your party type, an available date and time, and extras. Fill in the requested details and pay for the booking at checkout. Check the confirmation. The online calendar for private bookings closes 24 hours before the session. If you cannot find a time or your party is soon, ask about availability: info@reenis.fi · 08 613 9199.
Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?
See the general booking terms and conditions for birthday parties and rescheduling options. If Reenis cancels your booking or changes its time, you are entitled to a refund; accepting a ticket product is optional. Contact Reenis as soon as possible. Party room, skills space and private booking terms include one free transfer or the option to convert the booking fee into ticket products if the party cannot be held or moved. A new skills space booking must be used within 12 months; a new private session booking must be made within 12 months of cancellation. Free sleepover transfers apply in the event of illness. Refreshments, rooms and instruction
Can we bring our own food and drinks, and what does the snack package include?
For party rooms and private sessions, bring your own refreshments or order the Reenis treat package: 8 € per person, including crisps, sweets, biscuits, soft drinks and tableware. Tableware alone costs 13 €. Bring all your own refreshments and tableware to the skills space. Bring your own food for sleepovers. Eat in the dining area assigned to your party type, rather than in the activity area.
When should the number of guests be provided?
Once you’ve ordered Reenis catering for your birthday party room, please provide the estimated number of guests no later than 24 hours before the start of your reservation by emailing info@reenis.fi. Include special dietary requirements and confirm arrangements in advance. The calculator calculates treat packages for active participants; state any refreshment needs for other people separately.
What amenities are included in the birthday party rooms?
Room 1 is on the second floor. It has a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle, as well as a sofa. Please bring your own coffee and tea. Room 2 has a table, chairs, and a large screen. Cleaning is included in the room rental fee. Both rooms are upstairs; if you need wheelchair access or other accommodations, please confirm that the space is suitable before booking.
Can we have an instructor for a birthday party?
For birthday parties and private sessions, you can enquire about a 45-minute exercise session, starting at 105 €. Availability will be confirmed separately. The recommended ratio is approximately 4–8 participants per instructor, for children ages 7 and up. Prices for larger groups, Sunday sessions, or special requests will be agreed upon separately. The coaching does not replace the need to arrange supervision for the entire visit.
Duration, Facilities, and Preparation
How long can we celebrate in the birthday party room?
The room is reserved for one hour. You can move around during the general opening hours before and after your reserved time; the recommended total visit duration is about 1.5–3 hours. For longer room reservations, check the available consecutive time slots and the total duration on the booking page. The room cannot be reserved for family sessions. Check the opening hours and any exceptions. During guided classes, some exercise areas may be reserved for those classes.
What is included in the price for the activity room / Nerf birthday party?
The skills space and party room are exclusively yours for 90 minutes, with a base price of 135 €. A Nerf or hobby horse package costs 53 € for fewer than 10 active participants and 77 € for 10–15; both packages are charged separately. Main hall activities during an open session cost an additional 9 € per participant. The space has no fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle or tableware, and refreshments cannot be ordered from Reenis. Nerf blaster users and anyone moving nearby must wear safety glasses. Follow the play areas designated by staff.
What’s included in a private reservation?
The exercise areas and café tables at Reenis’s main facility are reserved for your group. A separate birthday party room is available for an additional fee. The doors open at the start of your session, and you must leave five minutes before the end of your session. Please put the equipment back in its place when you’re finished. Check the confirmation for the duration of your reserved time slot and the available facilities. Prices and booking terms for private reservations.
What do we need to arrange and bring for the sleepover?
Arrival and departure times are confirmed separately by email; normally departure is no later than 09:00, but summer camps, for example, may require an earlier departure. Provide all overnight guests’ names and the responsible adult’s contact details in advance. Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, sheets, toiletries, food and a water bottle, plus a towel, eye mask and earplugs if needed. Meals are eaten in party room 1. The climbing centre and other unbooked spaces are not included in the sleepover. Sleepover prices and booking terms.
What should you write on the invitation, and what should you include?
Open the fillable birthday invitation (PDF, A5; new tab). Fill in the party details and print the invitation. You can also save the PDF to your device.
Write the party type, agreed start and end times and address Alvar Aallon katu 1, 90520 Oulu on the invitation. Ask guests to bring suitable indoor exercise clothes, socks and a water bottle. Trampoline socks are recommended, though optional; the birthday group can buy them for 3 € per pair. Tie back long hair and remove jewellery and watches during activities. Attend only when well.
What should you keep in mind when using the equipment, and can adults use the GYM?
Follow the staff’s instructions. Only one person is allowed on the trampoline at a time. Parents of birthday party guests are eligible for a GYM discount of €6 per person; please confirm the discount at the front desk. There must be a sufficient number of supervisors with the children at all times during the visit.
