Reenis hosts active birthday parties for all ages, from babies to grandparents!

Our facilities encourage movement and tricks, giving birthday guests plenty of room to burn off energy and have fun! At Reenis, you can try trampolining, parkour, jumping into the foam pit, circus equipment, balance boards, unicycling and more. You can also book a birthday room where your group can enjoy treats and celebrate together.

There are two birthday rooms available.

How much do birthday parties cost?

Birthday room booking

• Room 1: 53 €/h. The larger room on the 2nd floor seats approximately 20 people closely together. It has a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as a sofa.
• Room 2: 43 €/h.  The smaller birthday room on the 2nd floor seats approximately 12 people closely together. The room has a table and chairs and a large screen.
• Weekday room discount: -20 €, and Sunday discount: -10 €. Offer valid until further notice

Room hire includes cleaning. You can also book two consecutive time slots, giving you a total booking of 2,5 hours. 

Admission and activity time

• 14 € / person on weekdays
  • at least 6 participants
  • Excludes school holidays
  • Groups of 5 people or fewer: 16 € / person
• 16 € / person during school holidays and at weekends
  • For at least 6 participants.
  • Groups of 5 people or fewer: admission 19 € / person
  • A Reenis supervisor for your birthday party 53 €/h (ask about availability if an adult cannot attend)
  • Adult supervisors enter free if they are only supervising the birthday party.
• Within general session opening hours, you can arrive for activities before your room booking and continue afterwards.
• We recommend a visit of approximately 1,5-3 hours, depending on age

Food and drinks

• You can buy food for the birthday room from us or bring your own.
  • PLEASE NOTE! Café tables cannot be reserved for your own birthday food!
• Reenis party treats (8 € / person) include crisps, sweets, biscuits, soft drinks and tableware. You are welcome to bring your own food in addition to the party treats.
• If you bring your own food, we can also hire tableware to you if needed (13 €)

Instruction

• Instructed birthday activities (45 min) from 105 €
  • Ask about availability Monday-Saturday. Prices may differ for large groups and Sunday instruction
  • The basic package includes games, playful activities, competitions and tricks
  • You can also enquire about instruction in a particular activity such as trampoline, parkour or gymnastics!
  • Recommended for ages 7 and above. Recommended group size with one instructor: 4-8 people

Other information

• At least 10 hobby horses are available. Ask for height-adjustable fences if needed!
• Adults can visit the Reenis gym during the birthday party for 6 €/person.
• Trampoline socks for the whole birthday group: 3 € / person! These are optional.
• Only attend activities if you are completely well. Contact us if you have any concerns about taking part, and always consult a healthcare professional in cases of illness.
• During Reenis’s instructed courses, Monday-Friday 17-19, we only admit one birthday group at a time.

Age limits, supervision and number of supervisors

• An adult is always responsible for the children, and the birthday group needs at least one supervisor for the entire party.
• Children turning 10 during the current calendar year or older may use the activity hall without an adult supervisor immediately beside them. Younger children must have an adult supervisor with them at all times. Adults who are only supervising enter free of charge.
  • There must be enough supervisors for children under 10 to ensure effective supervision.

Booking times, restrictions and exceptions

• Birthday parties may use the activity facilities until 20 on general sessions during normal weekdays. You can also ask about parties outside general opening hours. At weekends, Reenis is normally open until 18, with some exceptions.
• During instructed courses, we only admit one birthday group at a time. Some areas may occasionally be reserved for course participants only
• Check any changes to opening hours on our homepage. During school holidays, for example, we may close at 18 on weekdays.

What should you know before the party? What should you bring?

• Socks must always be worn. We recommend trampoline socks, available at reception. A water bottle is recommended!
• Tie back long hair. We recommend leaving jewellery and wristwatches at home, as they can easily get lost during activities.
• We recommend normal indoor sports clothing. Indoor trainers are recommended if you want to make the most of the parkour challenges.

Key rules for activities

• Only one person on a trampoline at a time, for approximately 1 minute. Wait for your turn outside the trampoline’s yellow edge.
• Before jumping, always check that nobody is in front of or underneath you
• Walk in corridors and activity areas. Tag games are allowed on the lower level in areas with nobody else nearby. Games must not disturb other participants’ concentration.
• Wash your hands before activities and before and after eating treats. Only water bottles are allowed in the activity hall; all other food and drink must stay in the birthday room.
• Read the rules and instructions on arrival, and always ask staff for help or advice when needed. Report any breaches of the rules or damaged equipment/activities.

Birthday room booking terms

1. A birthday room booking may be moved 1 time free of charge. Alternatively, the booking fee can be converted into ticket products if the party cannot take place or moving it is not possible.
2. If you have booked party food, tell Reenis the estimated number of guests no later than 24h before the booking begins. Email us at info @ reenis.fi
3. If the booking has to be changed because of coronavirus restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact the person who made the booking.
4. Only attend activities if you are well.

Activity room and party room

If you cannot find a suitable time, the rooms are booked, or you would prefer to celebrate just with your own group, you can host your party in the new activity room. Hobby horses with obstacles and Nerf blasters are included in the session price (please note: both are available for 10 people). The room’s structures provide plenty of scope for a larger urban battle. There is also a birthday room with a table for 12 and a sofa. Adult guests can watch the younger partygoers from the upstairs lounge.
