Description
The advanced group is for those with a strong interest in practising and developing activity-specific techniques. It is recommended for participants with good basic movement skills, a solid foundation in the relevant techniques and a front, back or side somersault. Advanced participants should be more able to work as part of a group than basic course participants. If you have already practised the activity elsewhere, you may join the advanced group directly without taking the basic course. Ask info@reenis.fi for more information. Classes use a range of exercises to develop body control and general skills in Reenis’s versatile facilities. Each session includes a shared warm-up, possible games, playful activities or competitions, the day’s tricks and obstacle courses, and time to practise your own tricks.
