Before your first visit
Who is Reenis for?
Reenis is a place for people of all abilities: children, young people and adults. In the main hall you can try trampolines, parkour, balance and varied skills training. Move at your own pace or learn on an instructor-led course. Explore the spaces and activities.
What should I bring?
Bring suitable sportswear, socks and a water bottle. Long sleeves and trousers protect your skin on the trampoline. Remove or cover large and sharp jewellery and piercings before exercising. You can bring your own padlock for a locker or hire one at reception.
Can I wear indoor shoes?
Clean indoor shoes may be worn in the parkour area, on the sprung floor and in the gym. AirTrack, trampolines and aerial acrobatics equipment are used without shoes. Staff can advise you on using specialist equipment.
Do I need to book an ordinary visit?
For a regular public session, buy a ticket online or on arrival. Check the opening hours and session age limit first. Courses, party rooms and private space bookings are booked separately. Find a suitable session.
How long can I stay on one visit?
A single-entry ticket allows one admission and remains valid during your visit until you leave the hall or your eligible session ends. You cannot return on the same ticket after leaving. Allow time to change clothes too: you must leave the hall by the end of the session, and the activity area may close 5–10 minutes earlier.
Does the ticket include accident insurance?
Admission does not include personal accident insurance. Make sure your own insurance is valid and covers your chosen activities. Ask staff for advice if an item of equipment or an exercise is new to you.
Tickets, passes and payment
How much does a visit cost, and which ticket should I choose?
See the current price list. A single-entry ticket suits one visit; for several visits, choose a 10-visit pass or a personal monthly pass. Family sessions and GYM-only training have their own products. Prices in the price list come from the online shop products.
When can I use a weekday ticket?
A weekday ticket is valid on normal school days. A weekend ticket is valid at weekends and during school holidays, summer holidays and days off. Choose a suitable single-entry ticket.
How do I use a ticket bought online?
Redeem your ticket at Reenis reception using the purchaser’s name or by showing the order confirmation sent to your email. A single-entry ticket can be used within 12 months of purchase and allows one visit. Each pass’s product page explains its validity and activation.
How can I pay?
On site we accept cash, major debit and credit cards, Smartum, Epassi and Edenred. Exercise benefits are personal. Available online shop payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices and payment.
Is there a student discount?
Student prices require a valid student card. Students have their own tickets and passes, as well as separate benefits linked to particular times or memberships. See student benefits and terms of use.
Can I buy a ticket as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name in the order notes at checkout so they can redeem the single-entry ticket in their own name. You can collect a physical gift ticket at reception by showing the order confirmation.
Does a main hall single-entry ticket include Reenis GYM?
Those turning 15 in the current year and older can also use the GYM with a main hall single-entry ticket during the same visit. A family session ticket does not include the GYM. Check each pass’s access rights on its product page. Explore GYM access and tickets.
Children, families and assistants
Can a child come without an adult?
Those turning 10 in the current year and older can attend a public session without an adult supervisor. Younger children must have an adult with them. During family sessions, an adult takes part with the children throughout the visit, and children must not be left alone in the activity area.
Who are K15 sessions for?
K15 sessions are for those turning 15 in the current year and older. Check session times and any exceptions on the prices page.
Does an adult supervising a child have to pay?
An adult who is only supervising a child can enter a public session free of charge. If the adult takes part in the activities, they need their own ticket. Family sessions have their own family participation terms.
How do family sessions work?
Family sessions are aimed at children under 10, and older siblings can join in. We recommend no more than three children per supervising adult. Children under 2 and up to two adults from the family enter free with paying siblings. See family session times, tickets and instructions.
Can an assistant enter free of charge?
An assistant can enter free with a paying person they support if the assistant is an adult, can actually provide assistance and is actively involved in the supported person’s activities. As a rule, there is one assistant per person requiring assistance. If the assistant spends most of the time training on their own, they need their own ticket. You must be able to present documentation of the need for assistance on request. Ask about arrangements in advance: info@reenis.fi.
