Monthly pass membership terms
The customer commits to a 1-month membership with the service provider (Reeniseppo Oy). Reenis membership is always personal and cannot be rented or transferred to another person.
Terminating the agreement
The service provider may terminate the agreement immediately if the customer fails to comply with its terms. In cases of misuse, Reenis has the right to end membership immediately and charge the member a 100€ breach-of-contract fee. If membership has been terminated because of misuse, Reenis is not obliged to refund payments to the member.
Alcohol, narcotics and doping substances must not be brought into Reenis. Their use and/or sale is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund for any unused membership time or membership fee.
Membership card
Members enter Reenis using an access card, which each member receives at reception. A lost card must be reported to Reenis staff; membership can then be renewed for a 5 euro fee.

If the monthly pass is a gift, please contact info@reenis.fi after purchase.
Use of Reenis facilities is at your own risk. Membership does not include insurance; customers must obtain adequate insurance themselves.
The member agrees to follow Reenis’s general rules and staff instructions and directions. Reenis is not liable for personal injury or material damage suffered by the member or their property.
The member must notify Reenis of any changes to their name, telephone number or address.
Reenis has the right to change the hall’s opening hours and prices during the agreement period. Changes to prices and opening hours will be announced on the Reenis website. Reenis is not obliged to refund membership payments if we have to close the hall temporarily for maintenance or similar reasons. For more information, contact info@reenis.fi if needed.
