Reenis GYM monthly pass membership terms

1. MEMBERSHIP

The customer commits to a 30-day membership with the service provider (Reeniseppo Oy). Reenis monthly membership is always personal and cannot be rented or transferred to another person. Reenis GYM membership entitles you to use Reenis GYM between 5.00–24.00.

Terminating the agreement
The service provider may terminate the agreement immediately if the customer fails to comply with its terms. In cases of misuse, Reenis has the right to end membership immediately and charge the member a 100 € breach-of-contract fee, plus any costs arising from the misuse. If membership has been terminated because of misuse, Reenis is not obliged to refund payments to the member.

Alcohol, narcotics and doping substances must not be brought into Reenis. Their use and/or sale is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund for any unused membership time or membership fee.

2. ELECTRONIC MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION AND ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES, DATA PROCESSING AND CHANGES TO CONTACT DETAILS

  • A personal door-opening link is set up for members at reception to verify their membership. It is opened in a browser on a smart device. The gym’s external door must always be opened using the electronic link.
  • The customer must also notify Reenis immediately of any changes to their contact details. Reenis stores members’ details in its own information systems and processes the data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The electronic door-opening link must not be given to anyone else to use.
  • Members must not admit other people to the facilities
  • If a customer triggers an alarm by using the GYM outside opening hours, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer who caused the alarm.

3. SUSPENDING MEMBERSHIP

Membership may be suspended:

  • Due to serious illness or injury
    • Reliable evidence of the reason must be provided within 30 days of suspension, and the suspension must be discussed with staff. A customer may suspend their membership on the basis of a medical certificate. Membership must be reactivated immediately after sick leave/recovery or, unless otherwise stated, no later than 12 months after suspension.

  • Use of Reenis facilities is at your own risk. Membership does not include insurance; customers must obtain adequate insurance themselves.
  • The member agrees to follow Reenis’s general rules and staff instructions and directions. Reenis is not liable for personal injury or material damage suffered by the member or their property.
  • The member agrees to follow Reenis’s general rules and staff instructions and directions. You can complete the form on site at Reenis or online when buying a ticket.
  • The member must notify Reenis of any changes to their name, telephone number or address.
  • Reenis has the right to change the hall’s opening hours and prices during the agreement period. Changes to prices and opening hours will be announced on the Reenis website. Reenis is not obliged to refund membership payments if we have to close the hall temporarily for maintenance or similar reasons. For more information, contact info@reenis.fi if needed
