Description
The adults’ parkour course covers a wide range of parkour fundamentals. There are no entry requirements, so complete beginners can join! You may also attend individual sessions if space is available. This course is for adults interested in parkour (over 15) who want to learn basic parkour skills. A variety of exercises, obstacle courses and games develop body control and general skills. We introduce fundamental parkour techniques such as jumps, landings, vaults, climbing, hanging and swinging, passing through gaps, wall runs and wall push-offs. This course is a great introduction to parkour: enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most!

Break weeks with no classes: Autumn holiday
- Course fee for 15 sessions: 168 €, including Reenis admission on class days
- Student course fee for 15 sessions: 145 €, including Reenis admission on class days
- Course fee for 15 sessions + Reenis membership for the course period: 269€ (includes the gym)
- Annual member course fee: 79€
- Single session: 15 €/13 € (with a student card), including instruction and Reenis admission. Purchase at reception if the course has space
- You can also attend individual course sessions using an adult/student multi-visit pass
