Description
Classes use a range of exercises to develop body control and general skills in Reenis’s versatile facilities. Each session includes a shared warm-up, possible games, playful activities or competitions, the day’s tricks and obstacle courses, and time to practise your own tricks. Parkour classes introduce fundamental techniques such as jumps, landings, vaults, climbing, hanging and swinging, passing through gaps, wall runs and wall push-offs.

Course rules
- Bullying is prohibited. If bullying continues, Reenis has the right to exclude the participant from courses without refunding the course fee

- I give everyone space to practise undisturbed
- I take part within my own skill level. I always know what I am doing and how to do it
- I always ask instructors or Reenis staff for help when needed
