Family sessions

Little adventures
Big smiles

Trying things together brings new joy to movement. During a family session, children can practise tricks, explore and learn with their own adult in the Reenis main hall.

Come as you are – we move at the little ones’ pace.

Come and move together

Family sessions are aimed at children under 10. Older siblings can join in. An adult takes part with the children throughout the visit. We recommend no more than three children per supervising adult.

Children under 2 and parents, up to two adults per family, enter free with paying siblings. The main hall’s activity areas and equipment are available. The GYM is not included in family sessions.

Single visit or 10-visit pass?

Buy a single-entry ticket for each paying child. Children from the same family can share a multi-visit pass: one child uses one visit.

Redeem tickets at reception using the purchaser’s name or the order confirmation sent to your email. A family session ticket is only valid for family sessions.

Good to know before your visit

How are visits deducted from a pass?

The pass includes 10 visits. A visit by two children uses two visits. Activate the pass at reception on your first visit. After that, stamp your visits beside reception.

Can a child be left to take part alone?

No. An adult takes part with the children, and children must not be left alone in the activity area.

How do we take part safely?

  • One jumper at a time on a trampoline. Wait your turn outside the edges.
  • Only attempt tricks within your ability.
  • Before jumping into the foam pit, make sure the area is clear. Climb out after jumping.
  • Follow the instructions given on site and ask staff for help.

Can I buy a ticket as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s name in the order notes at checkout. They can redeem the ticket at reception in their own name.
