Children’s parkour improvers / 10-12 years / Thu 17-18

Reenis is open to everyone during the course; some areas may be reserved for course participants. Find out about the autumn -26 courses here. 

The improvers group is for those who are particularly interested in practising and developing their skills in the sport. Skilled participants can also join the improvers group without completing the beginners course. Requirements for joining the improvers group:

• Improvers must be able to follow the instructor’s directions and work as part of a group
• An interest in practising new parkour moves
• A good command of basic parkour techniques before joining the improvers group
• Ability to perform a front or back somersault on the airtrack
• Ability to climb onto the top of a wall from a hanging position
