Here you will find camp registration and cancellation terms and information on meals, insurance and photography. Read the terms and the details of your chosen camp before registering.

Registration and your camp place
How to reserve a place
Register for camp by paying for participation in the online shop or at Reenis reception. A camp place can only be reserved by paying the participation fee. Registration is binding.
If the camp is full
If the camp can no longer be purchased online, you can join the waiting list by contacting info@reenis.fi.
Cancellations and transferring your place
Cancellation with a medical certificate
You can cancel participation with a medical certificate. In this case, the camp fee is refunded. Cover your personal identity code on the certificate before sending it. Notify us of cancellation by email at info@reenis.fi.
If participation is otherwise impossible
If attendance on the planned dates is impossible or the participant cannot be moved to a later camp, the camp fee is not refunded in cash. You can use the full value of the camp fee for other Reenis services.
. For example, the amount can be used for day tickets, private bookings, birthday party admission tickets, multi-visit passes, monthly passes and instructed courses. Contact Reenis about a transfer or using the amount.
Giving or selling your place to someone else
You can also give or sell your camp place to another person. Notify Reenis staff of the change by email at info@reenis.fi.
The seller agrees the sale and price directly with the buyer.
If Reenis cancels the camp
Every camp has a minimum number of participants that must be reached before it starts. If there are not enough participants, we notify you by email of cancellation approximately two weeks before camp starts. In this case, the camp fee is refunded.
Meals and special diets
Camp food orders are placed two weeks before camp starts.
If you register your child less than two weeks before camp starts and your child has a special diet, contact info@reenis.fi. We will check whether we can provide food for your child at camp.
Insurance and participation
The camp fee does not include insurance. Camp participation is voluntary.
Photos and videos at camp
Photos and videos are taken during camps and may be used in Reenis marketing and published on Reenis social media.
If you do not want your child to appear in photos or videos, state this in the additional registration comments.
We can help with camp matters
Ask about the waiting list, notify us of cancellation or a place transfer, or check arrangements for a special diet by email.
